Weniter

Weniter connects people who hold one piece of a business — a capability, a sector, an asset — with those who hold the others, so they can form alliances and build something together. It is not a job board or a freelancer marketplace: nobody hires anybody, the currency is a share of the outcome.

Between "we get along" and "we are partners" the product inserts an intermediate step, the Pilot: a bounded, equity-free piece of work to try each other out before partnering up.

01 — What it does

Features

01

Two different sign-up paths: those offering themselves as a piece and those who know what they are putting together, each with its own flow.

02

Public Build Cards: describe what you are putting together and which gaps are open, with a shareable image generated automatically.

03

Matches in both directions: candidates for your search, and why you fit into someone else’s project.

04

"Complete the alliance": proposes the smallest set of people that covers every gap and is compatible in language, time zone and working mode.

05

Handshake → private conversation → bounded pilot → close, with automatic reminders.

06

Alliances as first-class entities: public space, members, decisions by vote, and alliances that look for other alliances.

07

A five-step verification ladder written by the system as each fact occurs — nothing is self-declared.

08

Hundreds of SEO pages generated from the taxonomy: combinations, capabilities and sectors in three languages.

Matching by complementarity, not similarity

Overlapping capabilities subtract points: the platform looks for whoever completes you, not whoever resembles you. It is the inversion a social network cannot copy without breaking its feed.

The AI never decides on its own

The model only reorders and explains; everything it filters are IDs validated against the real taxonomy. If the AI is unavailable, the product works just the same.

Security at the database level

Row Level Security in Postgres with a restricted application role: the entire business circuit goes through permissions verified in the database itself.

03 — It can be yours

A proven foundation for projects like…

  • Entrepreneurship networks, accelerators and sector chambers whose members need to find each other by complementarity.
  • B2B consortia for public tenders: bringing together different certified capabilities to bid for a contract.
  • Matching platforms with their own multilingual taxonomy: healthcare talent, trades, cooperatives, R&D.
See the three routes

No fixed rates: every project is quoted on its real scope.
