Organímese

Organímese brings together in a single tool what is normally spread across four: tasks and Kanban, a knowledge base of notes, weekly planning, and inventory and expenses.

Everything is organised around hierarchical topics — projects or areas — that can be shared with other people as reader or editor, with permissions inherited automatically by subtopics.

Technologies used

Efficient hierarchical permissions

The topic graph is resolved in memory in three queries: notes, tasks, warehouses and finances inherit their visibility from the topic they hang from.

One unified API layer

Authentication, rate limiting and error translation centralised: no route reimplements failure handling.

Notes with a real editorial cycle

Draft and published versions kept apart, versions with author and date, and content sanitisation — closer to a company wiki than a notepad.

03 — It can be yours

A proven foundation for projects like…

  • Small studios and consultancies: living documentation, assigned tasks, estimated versus actual cost and clients invited as readers.
  • Workshops and shops with materials: jobs, inventory, stock alerts and recurring expenses in a single tool.
  • Research teams or associations: knowledge by area with cascading permissions and shared planning.
